Yohendry Jerez Hernandez
On April 10 Monique Sherman, Managing Attorney of the Detention Program at Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network, appeared as a "friend of the court" for Yohendry Jerez-Hernandez, 22, at an immigration court hearing that he was unable to attend this week.
According to a friend of Yohendry, he was detained at the end of January and held at GEO Detention Facility in Aurora until he was transferred to Texas in March. According to his attorney he had no criminal record or final deportation order when he was disappeared to El Salvador. The judge administratively closed the case.
His mother identified Yohendry in a video released of the men disappeared to CECOT.
